personal CaREGIVER CONSULTING

  • 6 week consulting: We work together through 6 weeks of personal care, stress management, goal setting, and more that will be utilized as you, the family caregiver, anticipate, continue or are coming away from caring for a loved one. By assessing initial concerns in your first free hour and a half session, we are able to continue for the next 6 weeks on a mission to make your life more manageable and peaceful as you care for your loved one.

  • One step at a time consulting: Focusing on personal systems organization and mapping your motivation we work together on accomplishing goals to make your life easier as a caregiver. We chart aspirations, explore daily struggles, and weekly, monthly and yearly objectives.

LOUISA STRINGER

Founder and Certified Caregiving Consultant™
