6 WEEK PLAN
We work together through 6 weeks of personal care, stress management, goal setting, and more that will be utilized as you, the family caregiver, anticipate, continue or are coming away from caring for a loved one.
By assessing initial concerns in your first free hour and a half session, we are able to continue for the next 6 weeks on a mission to make your life more manageable and peaceful as you care for your loved one.

Focusing on personal systems organization and mapping your motivation we work together on accomplishing family caregiver tasks to make your life easier. We look at hurdles together. We chart out aspirations. We explore daily struggles, weekly issues and monthly and yearly objectives.
